If you would like to seek reimbursement from a different insurance company, I will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit.

In order to determine if you are eligible for out-of-network coverage, you should contact your insurance carrier with the following questions:

  • What are my outpatient mental health benefits?

  • Does my policy offer out-of-network benefits?

  •  What is my deductible and has it been met?

  •  How many sessions are permitted per year?

  •  Is approval required from my primary care physician?
